"Breaking It Up"- Post 10
There are numerous reasons why relationships go into deterioration and end up in dissolution. After watching the video, post the reasons why you feel relationships "Break Up".

My opinion as to why people break up when in a relationship, is simply because it was never meant to be in the first place! People become attracted to each other for different reasons (contact).Then they get involved emotionally far deeper (involvement). After this, they proceed to (intimacy) this is the stage where they feel that they are in heaven. Then after a while the novelty of whatever brought them together in the first place begins to wears off and reality begins to sink in(deterioration). It is at this stage that compatibility or incompatibility kicks in and a decision must be taken as to whether to stay together or to separate. It is also at this stage that "sometimes cooler heads prevail," and if the relationship is not meant to be, dissolution occurs! I will send you guys my bill for this spectacular assessment and yes I do accept credit cards,LOl!J/K!

It may have something to do with one partner realizing that their mate has a lousy taste in music. That song might do the trick.
ReplyDeletewell after watching this terrible video its because the other person is a psycho. I think relationships break up all the time because the other person thinks that they can change the other. as soon as people figure out when someone says thay can change their lying. My sister is one of these people if she just could realize this her life would have alot less drama in it.

dissappointed in what they're getting out of the relationship OR one partner knows the other is miserable and leaves them hoping their partner would be happier (that whole self-sacrifice deal).
this was pretty much the hardest song i've ever had to listen to but... the reason people break up is simply because there is something that they are not getting out of each other
ReplyDelete...listened to the song and lyrics and its a good indication of why people may break up. pretty much when you're at that point, any event can tip the scale. the reasons will be different for everyone and sometimes their are multiple reasons for one person to make that decision.
ReplyDeletePeople break up for toooooooooo many reasons ha ha. It's just really complicated. They could be tired of someone's crap or just tired of that someone. This song tells me I should worry about a girls birthday though ha ha ha. Put that on my list. Now I can't go wrong ;)

ReplyDeleteChange is inevitable. Yet even though we know this, when it happens to us we rarely handle it well. I think the main reason people break up is because of change. And instead of dealing with it, they would rather move on. Also, people are not the same at the beginning of a relationship as they are a month or year after. Either couples decide to adjust to these changes or they don’t. We are a romanticize version of ourselves in we first meet someone we like, so when that fades we have to deal with the true nature of who we really are. That is when true compatibility rears its ugly head.
ReplyDeletetrying to sum up why people break up is like trying to sum up why people stay together!!! lol way too many reasons to count but i n my case i broke up with my ex because he was 2 jealous!! and yes i think some psycho people are just meant to be alone :) oops srry!! but its the truth.. on the other hand when good relationships occur is like oh there is a GOD!! :) BREAK UP RESONS INCLUDE, CHANGE IN TASTE, CHANGE IN PERSONALITY , LOSS OF INTEREST, PSYCHOTIC BEHAVIOR..ETC ETC.. OH YEAH AND IN A MUCH RECENT EXPERIENCE WHEN THE GUY IS WAY TOO YOUNG FOR YOU.. YEP IT DOESNT WORK OUT :p
ReplyDeleteI think usually people just aren't compatible and that's why it goes sour. After the new wears off and it's down to what you have in common usually there just isn't enough common ground to stand on.
ReplyDeleteI think sometimes people break up because they found somthing better in someone else. Sometimes two people can be compatible but sometimes you find something better and you can live your life never knowing if that choice was the right one, or you can make your move and stand by your descisions.
